Watercolor of a landscape with a flock of geese flying
The photo for this painting was taken on a bike ride from Sankt Peter Ording to the famous Westerheversand lighthouse. From the dike, I enjoyed the view – the lighthouse on one side and this meadow landscape on the other. I was photographing sheep when I heard geese in the distance. Over half a year later, I finally found the time to capture this beautiful scenery with watercolors, reveling in the memories of this wonderful trip.
I painted on acid-free and therefore age-resistant Arches handmade watercolor paper, which measures 31 cm x 41 cm.
The color of the watercolor may vary slightly from the photos, as they can be displayed differently on different screens.
